How long does shipping take for limited edition releases?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For high-demand limited edition drops, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing before your tracking number is issued.
What is your return policy for collectible items?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for apparel and accessories. However, blind boxes and limited edition art toys must remain in their original, unopened heat-sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Kidrobot ships globally. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country's localized postal service.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your Kidrobot account dashboard.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. We also offer installments via Sezzle for eligible orders.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
